1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FedPay platform and services operated by VPAY Fintech Solutions Private Limited. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a partner, agent, or user of FedPay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
3. Services Overview
FedPay provides digital payment infrastructure, merchant onboarding tools, and partner-based income opportunities. Our services include UPI QR payment devices, merchant management, and revenue-sharing models through Business Partner, Channel Partner, and Business Agent programs.
4. User Responsibilities
Users and partners are responsible for providing accurate information during registration, maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and using the platform solely for lawful purposes.
5. Payment & Investment Terms
All investments and deposits are subject to the terms outlined in the specific partnership agreement. Income projections are estimates based on active device performance and are not guaranteed. The Business Agent deposit of ₹30,000 is refundable subject to agreement terms.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as per the specific terms of each partnership agreement. Business Agent refundable deposits are returned upon agreement completion and fulfilment of all terms. Other partnership investments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7. Limitation of Liability
VPAY Fintech Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FedPay services. Income figures mentioned are projections and depend on active device performance and merchant engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership agreement as per the terms specified therein. FedPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
